Visitor Guidelines
The recent international events have been extremely difficult for us all as we watch the tragedy unfold in Israel and around the world. As security is our number one priority, out of an abundance of caution, we have added extra security measures.
Please review our guidelines as you plan your visit:
Reservations are requested: Online reservations are highly encouraged to enhance the guest experience; especially during peak hours of visitation.

Audio Tour: The Holocaust Center does offer an audio tour of two of our exhibits. For your safety, it is recommended that you bring your own headphones. The tour can be played on speaker; however, the experience is better with a headphones.
Check-in process: All visitors must check in at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) entrance prior to coming to the Holocaust Center (located in the adjacent building). Each visitor must have a valid photo ID (driver’s license, valid government issued ID, or passport) from any country.
Face coverings: In line with the latest CDC guidance and campus policies, fully-vaccinated guests may forego wearing a mask while visiting the Holocaust Center. Masks are requested for unvaccinated guests, including children ages 3-11, while inside the museum.
Maintain social distance: We ask that all visitors stay at least three feet away from visitors outside of your party.
COVID-19 is an easily spread infection that is believed to mainly spread from person-to-person contact. The Holocaust Center has implemented enhanced health and safety measures; however, we cannot guarantee a visitor will not contract COVID-19 while visiting the museum. Your risk of contracting COVID-19 may increase by visiting the museum or any other public place. By visiting the museum, you voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure.
You must abide by all instructions when visiting the museum, including those posted on the Holocaust Center’s website and premises, as well as any instructions provided by our staff or volunteers during your visit. If you fail to follow the Holocaust Center’s instructions, you may be denied entry or required to leave the premises.
