The Erosion of Human Rights from the Holocaust to the Present

About the Program:

This program includes a panel discussion with experts who will explore what can be learned from the lessons of the Holocaust, the conflicts that lawyers may encounter and how they may be addressed ethically, and the humanity of lawyering and what lawyers and others can do today to preserve and protect the rule of law and the constitutional rights of all members of society.

Panelists and audience members will examine how current affairs help remind us of the fragility of the rule of law and explore examples of the erosion of legal rights and due process in today’s society.

Qualifies for one (1) CLE ethics credit from The Florida Bar.
