Dinner of Tribute
The Dinner of Tribute is an opportunity for us to come together as a community and support the important work that we do and the values we uphold.
Each year, the Holocaust Center honors people who uphold the values of the Center and embody our mission to create a more just and caring community. Past honorees include Elie Wiesel and Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer.
Please watch as we honor a true champion of our Central Florida community,
Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings, with the Tess Wise White Rose Award.
For 2020, we honored Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings with a virtual event! Mayor Demings is a longtime supporter and treasured ally of the Holocaust Center. His unwavering support of our UpStanders: Stand Up to Bullying Initiative has greatly contributed to the program’s success and continued growth in our schools. He is a committed public servant who has dedicated over 38 years of service to our community.
